1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We offer replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

You received a wrong product
You received a damaged or defective product

To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers are requested to share clear photos or an unboxing video for verification.

2. Conditions for Approval

The product should be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original packaging, box, pouch, certification, and inserts must be included
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Each request is reviewed to ensure a fair resolution for both the customer and the business.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns or replacements may not be accepted if:

The product has been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
The product is returned without original packaging or accessories
The request is raised after 7 days of delivery

4. Refunds

For prepaid orders, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted
Refunds are initiated after product inspection and approval

5. Replacement Process

Once a replacement request is approved:

A pickup will be arranged where service is available
In areas without pickup, customers may be requested to self-ship the product
Replacement is processed after the product reaches us and passes inspection
