🔹 1. General Terms
· No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to size issues or personal preferences.
· All products are carefully inspected for quality before dispatch.
· Customers are requested to review product details and size information thoroughly before placing an order.
🔹 2. 7-Day Replacement Policy
Our 7-day replacement policy applies only in the following cases:
· Wrong item received – verified through an unboxing video.
· Defective or damaged item received – verified through an unboxing video.
➡️ An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement
request.
Replacements are issued only after inspection, and the decision of
our team will be final.
🔹 3. Non-Eligible Cases
The following items are not eligible under our replacement policy:
· Items that have been washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
· Items not returned in original packaging, including box and inserts.
· Items not in their original condition as received.
To be eligible, your product must be unused, unworn, with all inserts, and in its original packaging.
🔹 4. Review & Inspection Process
Based on the photos and unboxing video provided by the customer,
our team will inspect and determine if a return or replacement is
warranted.
The decision of our inspection team will be final and binding.
🔹 5. Prepaid Orders
· For prepaid orders, if the customer is unavailable or if delivery fails, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting shipping fees.
· We are not responsible for any overpayment made to the delivery agent if the customer does not check the COD amount on the invoice before payment.
🔹 6. Policy Duration
Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of
product delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any
circumstances.
🔹 7. How to Start a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

Enter Your Order Details
Visit our [Start Return or Exchange] page and enter your Order Number
and registered Email or Phone Number.
2.
Select Return or Replacement
Choose whether you’d like to return or replace your product.
3.
Upload Required Details
Attach your order number, clear photos and unboxing video of the
item, and any comments describing the issue.
4.
Eligibility Check & Courier Pickup
Once verified, we’ll initiate a return pickup through our courier
partner.
5.
Inspection & Approval
After the returned product is received and inspected, and if approved,
the refund amount will be credited to your original payment mode.
(Inspection may take a few business days after the product reaches our
facility.)
🔹 8. Return Pickup Unavailability
If return pickup service is unavailable in your area (some
pincodes may not be covered by courier partners), you will need to self-courier
the product to our return address.
Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement or refund
will be issued as per our policy.
⚠️ Important Notes
· A clear unboxing video (recorded from start to finish) is mandatory for all damage or wrong item claims.
· Without a valid unboxing video, no refund or replacement can be processed.
· Products sent back without prior confirmation from our team will not be accepted.
